Riding'times Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Riding'times. We are committed to delivering your new e-bike quickly and safely. Please review our shipping practices and policies below.

1. Free Shipping Guidelines

We offer free shipping on all e-bike and e-scooter orders delivered within the contiguous United States.

  • Excluded Territories: We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, Hawaii, or other U.S. territories.
  • Restricted Addresses: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A physical street address is required.
  • Carriers: Our primary logistics partners are FedEx Ground and UPS.

2. Processing and Delivery Time

Our shipping and delivery schedules vary depending on stock availability and product types:

  • In-Stock E-Bikes & E-Scooters: Orders are processed and dispatched from our California warehouse (Zip Code: 91761) within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays). Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your distance from our warehouse.
  • Pre-Orders & Backorders (Presale): For pre-orders or backordered items, please refer to the estimated shipping date listed directly on the product page. Once inventory arrives, orders will be fulfilled chronologically based on the original order date.
  • Risk or Address Verification: If your order requires security risk assessment or address confirmation, our standard processing time will be paused. Once you successfully confirm the details with our team, your order will be dispatched on the second (2nd) business day following the confirmation date.
  • Accessories & Parts Orders: Accessories and replacement parts require batch confirmation before shipment. These items generally take up to 7 business days to process and ship out. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7-10 business days.

Note: All delivery dates provided are estimates. Transit times are subject to carrier operations and weather conditions.

3. Signature Requirement (Crucial)

Due to the high value of our e-bikes, a direct signature may be required upon delivery for your protection.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive and sign for the package.
  • If you authorize FedEx/UPS to leave the package without a signature (e.g., via carrier apps), Riding'times is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages left unattended.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to FedEx or UPS, you will receive an automatic email containing your shipment information and tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our website or the carrier's official site to follow your delivery status in real-time.

5. Address Changes and Order Cancellation

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout.

  • Before Shipment: Address changes or cancellations can be made free of charge before the tracking number is generated.
  • After Shipment: Once a tracking number has been created, the order is considered shipped. Address modifications may not be possible or will incur a carrier rerouting fee. If you wish to cancel an order that has already shipped, it will be processed under our Return Policy and a $200 shipping fee will apply.

6. Shipping Damage & Lost Packages

We carefully package our products to withstand the shipping process. However, damage during transit can occasionally occur.

  • Inspection: Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If the external box is significantly damaged, take clear photos of the box before opening it.
  • Reporting: Any shipping damage or missing parts must be reported to support@ridert.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, photos of the damaged box, and photos of the affected parts.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the item, please check your surroundings and with neighbors. If it is still missing, contact us within 3 days so we can initiate a trace/claim with the carrier.
