Just Poor! Ordered parts and didn’t get key components to the parts. Waited two weeks for the parts just to not be able to install! Then they say they will ship the missing parts at no cost to me. I already paid for the parts and shipping. Also then to ship these parts before they ship them I have to provide all this shipping information. Look it up yourself! You just need to ship it to the same address that you sent parts to already.

No e-mails back after I paid no tracking no nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PAGE THIS IS A SCAM

I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a bike from Riding Times to read our experience first.

My son spent his own money purchasing a bike from this company. It took over a month just to ship, and after finally receiving it, he rode it only TWICE before the front wheel came off while he was riding.

The latching/locking system that is supposed to secure the front wheel failed. The wheel coming off caused major damage to the bike and, more importantly, could have caused my son to be seriously injured.

A front wheel coming off a bike during normal use isn’t a minor inconvenience — it is a major safety concern.

You would think a company would immediately take a situation like this seriously and work with the customer to make it right. Instead, trying to reach a reasonable resolution with Riding Times has been an absolute nightmare.

My son is now left with no usable bike and out the money he paid for it, after getting only TWO rides out of his purchase.

We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable. We expected a bike that was safe to ride and, when it failed almost immediately, we expected the company to stand behind its product.

Between the extremely long shipping time, the failure of the front-wheel securing system, the extensive damage to the bike, and the difficulty getting this resolved, our experience has been incredibly disappointing.

I would think very carefully before purchasing from Riding Times.

It all started when my boss called me and said his son's GT 73 gear cluster was shucked, so I called up Diane and she helped me order direct parts thank you have a great day!

It's been 9 months going strong!!.. I'm 68 .. very happy with my purchase!!.. so far it's been just 1000 miles logged..no issues yet.. all is good 👍😊.. still learning how to wheelie it 🤕!!.. would buy again 👍

I really like the bike a lot 😀 just right it's fast easy setting up ready to go very easy to handle on road in off-road. Very good color scheme I'm 5"5 bike fits good first riding time e-bike will be order another one

Make your bikes non proprietary parts. Make them as easy to fix as a 1940s Willys jeep.
Remember when Apple started making their charge cords for their phones and products proprietary? What happened? People stop buying them. As early in the mid 2000s companies were making apple charging cords that would work with any Apple product. You had to buy one of their chords from their stores at a marked up price that was ridiculous. How did that work out?
How could you not see this? What do you think's going to happen with ebikes w people start to realize how hard it is to keep them going after so many years?

Make all frames upgradeable. Never sell a bike frame that you can't add a battery or swap motors.
What people find after buying a factory bike is that there are more powerful faster options available to them with other companies. Why don't you offer that?
