    The Riding Times warranty covers components proven to have a manufacturing defect under normal use and conditions.

    Covered components include:

    • Battery
    • Motor
    • Electrical components

    What Is Not Covered Under the Warranty?

    The warranty does not cover issues caused by:

    • Improper use, accidents, stunts, racing, or abuse
    • Unauthorized modifications or tampering
    • Improper storage or exposure to extreme elements such as rain, snow, or heat
    • Normal wear and tear items, including tires, brake pads, chains, grips, cables, rubber components, bearings, and pedals
    • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or fading, unless caused by shipping damage or a manufacturing error
    • Assembly or service performed by unauthorized technicians
    • Third-party accessories or parts

    Accessories, parts orders, and free accessories are also not covered under the warranty policy.

    For issues that are not covered due to customer misuse or normal wear and tear, Riding Times may offer a 40% discount on replacement parts as a goodwill option.

    Important Note About Chargebacks

    If you file a credit-card chargeback during the warranty period, your warranty coverage will be suspended until the dispute is resolved. Contact Riding Times support first to resolve warranty-related issues before starting a payment dispute.

    Battery Warranty Information

    Battery coverage follows separate warranty terms.

    Riding Times provides a two year prorated battery warranty.

    Battery warranty coverage does not apply to issues caused by:

    • Water damage
    • Physical damage

    • Opened or tampered battery cases
    • Use of unapproved charger
